We now have an exciting opportunity for a Change Analyst to join our team in the Technology Solutions Directorate. The position is full time, continuing and based at the Townsville Bebegu Yumba campus. Remuneration is $97,118 - $111,524 per annum plus superannuation.

WHAT YOU CAN ACCOMPLISH IN THE ROLE
Managing the development and implementation of communications, change management, training strategies and plans relating to student systems for staff and students at JCU, you will analyse business requirements and establish effective and efficient processes, whilst providing system solutions to ensure continued process improvement and effective usage of JCU’s corporate systems. You will participate in the application of support services, training, mentoring and supporting team members as needed to develop and improve knowledge and processes.

WHAT YOU WILL BRING TO THE ROLE
As a change management expert, you will be skilled in implementing major change across multiple areas of an organisation using effective training and communications methods to motivate others to adopt change. You will have a postgraduate qualification (or progress towards) with extensive knowledge and experience in the development and delivery of training and communication strategies, project lifecycle and business analysis techniques and processes. Excellent organisational, time management and communication skills with high level analytical and problem solving skills will be essential to thrive in this challenging yet rewarding role.
